Accessible and Affordable Healthcare

Porter-Starke Services works closely with patients, families, agency representatives, insurance companies and managed care networks to determine all possible payment options. We accept most major insurance plans including Anthem, Aetna, Cigna and many others. Porter-Starke Services also accepts Medicare and is an authorized Medicaid provider.

If your particular insurance plan or insurance is out-of-network, we will work with your insurer to secure an agreement for payment of your care.

If you do not have insurance, we offer discounts on services based on family income and size. Our Financial Counselors will send you notification of your awarded sliding-scale discount and reduced payment, which will be applied at time of service.

By maintaining contracts with commercial and government insurers, Porter-Starke Services makes behavioral healthcare accessible and affordable.

Indiana State law requires Porter-Starke Services to provide, upon request, a good faith estimate of the charge for non-emergency care that has been ordered, scheduled or referred within five (5) business days of the request. The law does not require estimation of your out of pocket cost. These estimates are not binding, and the price for you may be different based on your medical needs and other factors. The estimate is good for thirty (30) Days. 

If you would like to receive an estimate, please contact Client Financial Services, our billing department, at 219.476.4546 and be prepared to provide the client name, date of birth, location of appointment, and specific service so that they are best able to provide this estimate to you.
