Eligible employees at Porter-Starke Services, Inc., including those at our Marram Health Center, are offered a competitive benefits package upon hire. A full-time regular employee is eligible for health, life, vision, and dental insurance. Coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. We also have competitive pay rates as well as 11 paid holidays and a generous 20% match of contributions to employees’ 401k account. - Medical plan options via UMR-Choice Plus Network, Traditional Plan or High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
- The HDHP can be used in conjunction with a Health Savings Account (HSA), with an employer contribution paid quarterly.
- Employees must work 60 hours per pay period to be eligible for medical insurance. Individual, Spouse, and Family rates available.
- Employees who participate in a medical plan are eligible to use free urgent care services in select locations.
